The tonnage calculation / clamp force is one of the key factors affecting the quality and cost. It keeps the tooling closed in the process of injection. The higher the tonnage is , the higher the weight of the tool can maintain.
When we start a project ,sometimes from making prototypes to opening molds and then to mass production, we receive hundreds of orders from all over the world daily. We have no MOQ restrictions and accept any amount of production scale. We provide materials, processing, post-processing, door-to-door delivery and other one-stop services . You just need to send us with 3D drawings, then we can follow up in the whole process of manufacture and delivery finish parts to your pointed destination.
Finished plastic part will be well-packed with carton or wooden box. We can also use customized packing design as client requirements.

●Mold Design
Our engineer always pay high attention to clients needs .They consider beautiful appearance, as long as possible mold life , assemble conveniently and as little as possible tooling maintenance. When we start a project with our client, we normally study with client ,discussing ,modifying, until we will make our client satisfied . We know each client has their own standard and design concept, our designers considerate this carefully. We use UG 11.0 and AUTOCAD 2018 for mould design, we also use solidwork 2016 & Autovue, we can convert the file from our client and make study for the parts.
